Guacamole
- 1 large avocado
- ¼ cup grated (or finely chopped) onions
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Salt to taste

Power Smoothie
- 1 cup rice or almond milk
- Handful of blueberries
- 1/3 cup pineapple
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
- 20 grams of rice protein or pea protein
