Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice or almond milk
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 20 grams of rice protein or pea protein

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until liquefied.
