Power Smoothie
Ingredients: |

- 1 cup rice or almond milk
- Handful of blueberries
- 1/3 cup pineapple
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
- 20 grams of rice protein or pea protein
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until liquefied.
