Christy Mathers graduated in 2006 from the Toronto based Sutherland-Chan School Massage Therapy Diploma Program.  The Waterloo native has been practising registered massage therapy in Waterloo ever since.  Clients come to her for help in managing discomfort associated with a variety of conditions such as headaches, back, leg, and neck pain, sciatic discomfort, carpal tunnel syndrome and more.   She has continued to educate herself in treating a variety of symptoms associated with TMJ (jaw muscle) discomfort/dysfunction, neurological injuries and arthritic conditions.  Her clients range from 4 to 90 years of age and every treatment is tailored to each client’s unique treatment needs and goals.  Christy believes that there is much to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatments.  Whether your goal is to reduce muscle tension, feel relief from chronic pain, or experience relaxation, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of well-being as well as your quality of life.  Christy sees clients in the office in Waterloo Tuesday-Saturday and house call appointments can be arranged.

Nalkila Mehta is a graduate of Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge and an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Nalkila has seen a wide range of clients from injury rehabilitation, pregnancy related complaints, scoliosis and stress to everyday aches and pains. She enjoys her profession and offers deep tissue to relaxation massage. She enjoys having a diverse clientele and looks forward to guiding all of her clients on the path of wellness.
Continuing education will be a big part of Nalkila’s future, as she will be adding courses and treatments styles throughout her career.
