Rice Pudding

- 2 – 3 cups rice or almond milk
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup sweetener or stevia
In a medium saucepan, add the milk, cooked rice, cinnamon, vanilla, raisins, almonds, and sweetener and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 15 – 20 minutes until pudding thickens to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
