Ingredients:

• 2/3 raw sunflower seeds
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1/3 cup grapefruit juice
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 1 cup filtered water

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and frothy.
