Olive (or Flaxseed) Oil Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces olive or organic flaxseed oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp Italian herbs
  • I tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.  Store in the refrigerator for a quick and easy health-promoting salad dressing.
