Vegetable Millet Delight

- 6 oz cooked millet
- 16 oz water
- ½ tsp Coriander
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 3 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 oz chopped broccoli
- 3 oz chopped celery
- 3 oz chopped onion
Place cooked millet in blender with 16 oz water, coriander, salt, and oil. Puree until smooth. Pour into saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables, and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
