Perfect Greens
Ingredients: |

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 large bunch kale (washed, trimmed, and coarsely chopped)
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 1 garlic clove (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts or almonds
- ¼ tsp sea salt to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Heat the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the kale, green onion, garlic, and walnuts and sauté until softened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
