Tuna Salad Pita

- 1 can low-sodium chunked tuna in spring water
- ¼ cup onion (minced)
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Spelt pita
Mix all ingredients except the pita in a bowl and spoon into the pita.
