Bananna Bread Energy Bars

Ingredients:

In a food processor mix:

  • 1 bannana
  • 1 cup dates
  • ¾ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup hemp/brown rice flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Sea salt to taste

Put in individual size containers and put in freezer or fridge.
