Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp filtered water

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree all ingredients.  Add more water if necessary.
