I love working with people with various movement abilities. My preferred approach is nourishing and adaptive, with a focus on alignment to fit your body to maximize benefits.

Yoga Asanas (the poses) are just one of the eight limbs (parts) of yoga. I layer in the other roots of yoga to support your wellness in body, mind and spirit.

I am pleased to offer one-on-one and small group instruction in a private setting or at your home. Private yoga is ideal for people to meet their individual needs with a personalized practice. Whether you’re new to yoga, have injuries or mobility concerns, or prefer not to practice in a group setting, private yoga may be just for you.
